The Hausdorff Center for Mathematics, a Cluster of Excellence at the University of Bonn funded under the German Excellence Initiative, brings together researchers in Theoretical and Applied Mathematics, and Mathematical Economics. Within this framework, the University is looking forward to filling a
which corresponds to a full professorship (W3) with tenure.
We seek an internationally outstanding researcher who fits into the broad spectrum of the Cluster of Excellence. Depending on the respective research focus, the candidate becomes a member of the "Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences" or of the "Faculty of Law and Economics" at the University of Bonn. German language knowledge is not required.
The general conditions of employment are according to § 36 of the Higher Education Act of North Rhine-Westphalia (Hochschulgesetz des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen).
