General information

1.) Information for plenary speakers

a.) The plenary talks take place in the Großer Hörsaal Mathematik in the Weglerstrasse 10, D-53115 Bonn.

b.) Unless otherwise told plenary talks at String Math 2012 will be 40 min plus 5 min for questions and discussions.

c.) Blackboard talks: There are six movable black boards in the conferencelecture hall.

d.) Computer presentation: It might be too time consuming to connect yourlaptop directly to the projector. We recommend to bring your presentation on a memory stick or send us the file by email beforehand. The preferred file format is PDF. If you wish to use Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT), make sure that there are no incompatibility issues with the fonts. This problem can be avoided by either saving your PPT-file together with "embedded fonts" or by converting your PPT-presentation to a PDF-file.

e.) An overhead projector is available.
