Open day at Villa Hammerschmidt

The Hausdorff Center for Mathematics presents itself together with the University of Bonn, the city of Bonn and German as well as international scientific institutions at the open day at Villa Hammerschmidt, the official residence of the Bundespräsident in Bonn.

At the HCM booth in the villa's park visitors can get to know mathematical research in conversations with scientists and students of mathematics. Hands-on exhibits for young and old will invite to play and to self-handedly solve mathematical problems.

Information on the entrance:

For security reasons there will be identity and bag controls at the entrance. Please bring a valid photo identity and avoid huge bags. Because of the control you may have to wait some time before being allowed to go in.

 

Registration is not required.
