Success Stories and Challenges Q&A – Tea Time with Women in Mathematics

We invite all female* mathematics PhD students, postdocs, and faculty to an online event on the

9th of June 2021 from 6pm to 8pm

on the topic of

"Success Stories and Challenges Q&A".

The Q&A itself will go from 6 pm to 7 pm followed by a group discussion. We have invited three female mathematicians who spent part of their career at Bonn University and are now either still in academia or the industry. They will share their personal stories and we will have the chance to ask questions and discuss life as a female mathematician. Afterwards, we invite all those who are interested to stay for an open discussion on which type of topics and formats would be of interest for future events.

*All female, non-binary, intersexual and trans persons are invited.
